Mark One shop, Manchester road, BurnleyIn July/August 2005, members of staff at the Manchester road's Mark One retail store have reported unexplained breathing sounds and footsteps being heard in the stock room. Clothes hangers on the rails in this room have also been heard moving on their own, along with the sound of a young girl laughing and her small pattering footsteps . Also there have been reports of scraping, dragging footsteps noises heard by staff in the downstairs cellar of this store where the presence of a man felt has been felt in this area also.
