Can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to post pictures on threads.

This is quite simple. Just store the image / picture you want at a photo storage website (I reccomend www.photobucket.com ;- alot of websites are using this one).

When you wish to post that photo on site, just hit the Img button whilst posting, which is at the top right of the forum message reply box, then enter the url (website code / code of your picture where its stored on a site ?) to your photo that your going to post and then hit the Img button again........ then submit message with picture code has you normally would when posting a message to the forum ..........same is done for posting videos / music ........Job done.

The same applies for creating a link to another site, just hit the URL button, enter the web address, then hit the URL button again.

Anyone want to answer that as I have loads of pictures to put up and dont have a scooby how to do it as I dont know what a URL is
