ghostly shoes pictured.

My friend sent me this picture of a pair of ghostly shoes ( circled ) on her stair case in her house ;-

What do you all think is it ghostly shoes or what ?

I just hope my friend doesnt fall over them and falls down the stairs, LOL

I guess your friend is a faithful paranormal follower.

TRUE TO SCEPTIC THOUGHT I will HAVE TO SAY that this is most likely NOT paranormal in nature. I have analyzed it to "death" (pun intended!), and have asked for points of view on it from my friends who have visited me, as well.

There are a couple of characteristics that make me believe this is just light reflection: 1)Look at the back wall: there is a huge reflection of light coming from the mirror on the right side. 2) Take a look at the floor: there is yet another reflection of light shining. (This is a great house to buy for natural light purposes - you'd never need any skylights!) Because light does curve, you can expect to find these "anomalies" all over the place in this picture, and you can see light all along the bannister, railings and lo & behold, on the stairs. BUT, there is one curious fact in this picture that makes me think that my theory is completely wrong: there is an orb anomaly just above the "shoe" looking white spot on the stairs. Now, I know that orbs are not what they seem, and can also be explained away as a natural occuring phenomena; however, it does seem awfully coincidental - the shoes, the orbs, it must be a ghost!

NO, no, I am still confident that this is just light reflecting from all over this house from another source than what we can see in the picture. For all we outsiders know, there could be some small lights above the staircase, or skylights on the second floor, and don't forget the average disco booty movin' people that do still hang those pesky disco balls from quaint places. So there it is folks, my explanation of this photo to the max. Though I couldn't positively conclude what ISN'T present here, I also cannot positively conclude what IS here.

Lesson in Ghost hunting faking ghost pictures

I took this photo of a wall in the loft of my MODERN HOUSE to prove a point - suggestive optical illusions: pareidolia.
The mind is a powerful tool; if you think you see something, you WILL see it.
So, in future, when you suggest to yourself you can see a face in the wooden door, or a stone wall/ flooring you maywell will see it, and others too if you look closely for it and it has been suggested to you that there is a ghostly face or what ever in the picture. ( MY HOUSE DEFF AS NO HISTORY built in 1992 TO IT, NOR DOES THE LAND IT WAS BUILT ON, THERE'S DEFF NO GHOSTS IN MY HOUSE, BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURE ABOVE OF MY LOFT WALL ;- IT WOULD SEEM THAT I HAVE 4 GHOSTS LIVING IN MY LOFT

) I will remind those out there who suffer from suggestive optical illusions: pareidolia to look again, and see the grains in the wood, the water stains on that wall for what they really are, nothing more than that. Not all is what it appears to be.

A true ghost capture is one you cannot explain by science or simple reasoning indefinitely.

POINT IS NOW THAT IVE SUGGESTED THEM TO YOU AND CIRCLED THEM I BET YOU CAN SEE THEM TOO
